GIVING BACK

Our community art centers are a great source of joy and creative excellence as they educate, inspire, and display through on-site programs, galleries, and extension projects. Many of our participants were first introduced to the Arts through their hometown art centers and have enjoyed lifelong benefits from this experience.

2008 Art in the Round would like to acknowledge deserving organizations and will donate the artist's $25 entry fee to the artist's favorite community art program.

As a part of the competition entry process, 2008 Art in the Round Contest participants are asked to provide the name and contact information of the organization that will receive the donation.

To be eligible for donation, an organization must:

• Be an art-related organization that enriches the cultural landscape of its community through hands-on education of fine art and craft skills.
• Provide display opportunities for students and/or emerging/professional artists.
• Optional 501(c)3 status.
• Have a website presence.
